The only request made in this petition is for issuance of a direction to the District and Sessions Court, Chandrapur, and the Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Chandrapur, to take cognizance of the applications at record page Nos.43 to 46 and to take a decision on the same.

Since the prayer is innocuous, we direct the learned District and Sessions Judge, Chandrapur, to look into the applications at page Nos.43 to 46 and take a decision in accordance with law expeditiously. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of. 3.

Learned counsel for petitioners undertakes to submit a copy of this petition to the learned District and Sessions Judge, Chandrapur, within one week from today.

If already the decision is taken, the same shall be communicated to the petitioners within one week from the date of production of the petition and if, no decision is taken till date, the same shall be taken expeditiously and such decision shall be communicated to the petitioners within two weeks from the date of such decision.
