Heard Shri. C. S. Kaptan, learned Senior counsel instructed by Ms. A. Agrawal, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Ms. T. Khan, learned Assistant Government Pleader, appeared and waived service of notice on behalf of respondent No.1/State.

The petitioner has approached this Court praying for various reliefs. However, perusal of the present writ petition reveals that the petitioner has already approached to the respondent Nos.2 and 4 by raising his grievance and praying for the aforesaid reliefs by way of representation dated 07.08.2025. The said representation dated 07.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner is at record page No.363 (Annexure-H). 4.

Shri. C. S. Kaptan, learned Senior Counsel, submits that till date, the respondent Nos.2 and 4 have neither decided the aforesaid representation nor acted upon it.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent Nos.2 and 4 to decide the representation dated 07.08.2025 submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period of six weeks from the date

Respondent Nos.2 and 4 are directed to consider the grounds raised in the present writ petition and decide the aforesaid representation in accordance with law. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.

Needless to mention that if the decision is adverse to the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court. 7.
