Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks challenge to the rejection of his promotion as per seniority and as per the gradation list published by the office of respondent No.1.

The contention is that the petitioner from the year 2024 to 2025 had appeared for the interviews to be conducted for promotion from the post of peon to the post of bailiff. 4.
The aforesaid interviews were conducted on 04.05.2024, 21.04.2025, 01.03.2025 and 15.09.2025. However, the petitioner was not promoted and almost 11 juniors to the petitioner are promoted.

In view of the above, the petitioner has approached before this Court. However, the fact remains that the petitioner has raised the grievance in detailed before learned Registrar General of this Court vide representation dated 17.09.2025, so also the representation dated 22.09.2025 6.
The aforesaid representations are at Annexure No.9 (page No.92).

In view of the above, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the Registrar General, Bombay High Court, to decide the aforesaid representations within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the receipt of the order of this Court.

The decision taken, be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

With these directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
