DATED : 17th February, 2026 The learned Additional Government Pleader tenders across the bar copy of decision/communication dated 15/12/2025 of the Collector, Wardha which according to her, was communicated to the petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner has disputed the same. Copy of decision/communication dated 15/12/2025 is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
2. Thereupon, the learned Additional Government Pleader has supplied the copy of such decision to the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the communication dated 15/12/2025, nothing survives in the petition and the petition may be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise a challenge to decision dated 15/12/2025 of the Collector, Wardha.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise a grievance before the appropriate forum by filing appropriate proceedings.
