The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy available in law for seeking compliance of the order dated 13th April, 2022 below Exhibit 125 and the order dated 15th January, 2025 below Exhibit 143, passed by the learned Joint Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nagpur. 2.

Permission is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
