Considering the order of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, which is under challenge and is sought to be quashed and set aside, it is evident that the said order is not adverse to the petitioner. On the contrary, the Tribunal has allowed the original application filed by the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner cannot be said to be an aggrieved party. 3.

So far as the other reliefs are concerned, the petitioner had not claimed those reliefs before the Tribunal, and hence the same cannot be considered in the present proceedings. 4.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Tribunal for the reliefs which have not been granted or for which the petitioner may otherwise be entitled. No costs.
