In the present petition, the following prayers are made:- "i).

Direct the respondents to take decision on the proposals submitted by the petitioners from 12/11/2024 till 10/01/2026 (Annexure-D) and to make the payment of reimbursement of an outstanding amount of Rs.98,10,209/- in a time bound manner, with kind consideration and in the interest of justice and fair play;

ii).

Direct the respondents to decide the proposal for reimbursement as directed by this Hon'ble Court in WP/5979/2024 by order dated 16/10/2024 and order dated 25/03/2025 passed in WP/5002/2024 and other connected matters (Annexure-H"), with kind consideration and in the interest of justice and fair play iii) ..."

The learned counsel for the petitioners points out that, a similar issue has been decided by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5979/2024 on 16/10/2024, so also in Writ Petition No.5002/2024 with connected Writ Petition Nos.3802/2024 and 2797/2024 on 25/03/2025. He, therefore, requests this Court to extend the

116-WP-992-26 2/2 similar benefit to the petitioners.

In light of the aforesaid judgments, we direct that, the case of the petitioners shall be scrutinized by the Authorities concerned within a period of four weeks from today and the eligibility quantum be determined by the concerned Authorities to which the petitioners are entitled.

If the petitioners are found to be entitled to the same amount, same shall be reimbursed to them within a period of twelve weeks thereafter.

However, in case, the petitioners are not found to be entitled to, they shall be communicated the reasons for their nonentitlement for the amount, which they are claiming, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
