Heard Mr. Vaishnav, learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner Management has approached this Court seeking direction to the respondents to decide the representation dated 24-05-2018 which is on record at page no.19. The aforesaid proposal is seeking permission for starting standards 9th and 10th on the basis of natural growth in the year 2013-2014. The contention is that the aforesaid proposal is not yet decided. However, the fact remains that the aforesaid proposal was seeking permission for the academic year 20132014 and thus by way efflux of time, the efficacy of the aforesaid proposal has become infructuous.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner Management to submit the proposal afresh if so desires and in accordance with law.
