Heard Mr. Chakravorthy, learned Counsel for the petitioners. 2.
The petitioners who are the residents of Greenfield Cooperative Society, Zingabai Takli, Nagpur, have approached this Court by pointing out the grievance regarding the construction of a Mobile Telecommunication Tower at Plot No. 14 of the aforesaid society. The Counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners had raised objection to such construction, which is on record at page no.33 at Annexure-'B'. The same is submitted to the Municipal Corporation so also the Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) and to the Station House Officer, Mankapur Police Station, Nagpur. However, the aforesaid representations are not yet decided by the authorities neither any action has been initiated.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.2-NIT to treat the present writ petition as a representation alongwith the representation dated 22-01-2026 on record at page no.38 and decide the same within a stipulted period of 08 weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The petitioners undertake to produce the copy of the order of this Court before respondent no.2 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

The decision taken thereupon, shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of decision. 6.
Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
