The prayer made in the present petition is for revocation of the suspension order. The present petition does not survive in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents that during the pendency of this petition, the services of the petitioner came to be terminated.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the petitioner makes a submission that the petitioner is entitled for some monetary benefits and also he is desirous of challenging the order of termination, for which he prays for liberty.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty as prayed for.
