Heard Mr. Shende, the learned counsel for the petitioners. According to him, salary during the period from January 2017 to December 2019 is not paid to the petitioners as per 6 and 7th Pay Commissions.

Be that as it may, since the issue is not decided, we direct the concerned respondents to treat the present petition as representation and the same shall be decided within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of the present writ petition along with the copy of the order passed today before the concerned authorities within a period of two weeks.
