Since the show cause notice dated 30.01.2026 impugned in the present writ petition is arising out of an order passed in Writ Petition No.198 of 2005 with connected Writ Petition No. 1025 of 2016, the Registry is directed to take necessary steps to list the present writ petition on 06.02.2026 before the appropriate Bench. 3.

In the meanwhile, the respondent - NMC is directed not to take any coercive step on the basis of the show cause notice dated 30.01.2026 till tomorrow.
