Heard Shri R.S. Kurekar, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayer : "(i) It is therefore, most humbly and respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire record from the Revenue Authorities, more particularly the respondent no.3Collector, Washim, in respect of encroachment made by the respondent no.6 on government land Survey No.2 DRG 10 about 3784 square meters and on perusal thereof, further be pleased to direct the removal of the encroachment made on the government land bearing Survey No.2 DRG 10 about 3784 square meters." 3.
The petitioner seeks direction to the respondent No.3-Collector, Washim, to remove the encroachment made by the respondent No.6 on the Government land, bearing Survey No.2 DRG 10 about 3784 square meters. However, the fact remains that the respondent No.6 has approached the respondent No.3-Collector, Washim for grant of regularization of the aforesaid encroachment, for which she has also deposited an amount of Rs.7,00,000/- in the office of respondent No.3 and such proposal dated 21st October, 2025 made by the respondent No.5Tahsildar, Risod for grant of regularization of the aforesaid encroachment is pending before the respondent No.3-Collector for consideration.

In view of above, we direct the respondent No.3-Collector, Washim, to decide the aforesaid proposal dated 21st October, 2025 made by the respondent No.5-Tahsildar, Risod, for regularization of the encroachment made by the respondent No.6 within a stipulated period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court. 5.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the aforesaid proposal for grant of regularization is against the policy of the respondent No.1-State vide Government Resolution dated 12th July, 2011, which is at record Page No.46 (Annexure-P).

In view of above, the respondent No.3-Collector, Washim, is directed to decide the aforesaid proposal in accordance with law and more specifically in view of the policy of the respondent No.1-State vide Government Resolution dated 12th July, 2011.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 8.
Needless to mention that the grounds raised in this writ petition are kept open.
