The petitioner before this Court seeks direction to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to decide representations dated 09/06/2025 and 25/08/2025 submitted by the petitioner which are at record page 25 (Annexure-M) and 26 (Annexure-N) respectively within a stipulated period.

Since an innocuous prayer is made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to decide the aforesaid representations within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court. The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision. 4.

The petitioner undertakes to produce copy of the order of this Court before the respondent Nos.3 and 4 within a period of one week from today.
