Petition seeks direction to the Respondent - Scrutiny Committee to decide the caste claim of the petitioner pending before it within stipulated period.

The caste claim of the petitioner was sent for validation vide proposal dated 22/10/2024 and accordingly, is pending since then. We dispose of the petition by directing the Scrutiny Committee, Yavatmal to decide the caste claim of the petitioner pending before it as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of order. 5.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the Scrutiny Committee with the order of this Court and apprise to this Court on 17/02/2026.

Rule is made absolute in the above terms. Petition is disposed of accordingly.
