The prayer that is made in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to decide the representations made by the petitioners dated 07/11/2025, (Annexure-24), 10/12/2025 and 08/01/2026 (Annexure-25) within stipulated time.

Since an innocuous prayer is being made by the petitioners, we dispose of the present writ petition with the direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the representations dated 07/11/2025, (Annexure-24), 10/12/2025 and 08/01/2026 (Annexure-25) made by the petitioners within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court. The decision shall be taken in accordance with law by giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.

The petitioners undertake to produce copy of the order of this Court before the aforesaid respondents/concerned Authorities. 4.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision. 5.

No costs.
