The petitioner seeks direction of this Court to the respondent No.1 to consider and decide the representation submitted by the petitioner for settlement of commercial dispute amicably. Such detailed representation is made by the petitioner on 20/11/2024 which is at record page 54 (Annexure-F). Similar representation is at record page 64 which is made on 23/12/2024.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with the direction to respondent No.1 to decide the aforesaid representations within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the order of this Court.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision. 5.
