Chavhan, learned counsel for the petitioners, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to approach the learned Civil Court by filing a suit seeking challenge to the impugned notice dated 28/01/2026, Annexure-4 (page 25 of the petition).

This Court on 06/02/2026 had directed the respondents to maintain status quo pertaining to the aforesaid notice. The aforesaid interim order is continued for a period of fifteen days from today so that the petitioners can approach the learned Civil Court in the mean time.
