Heard Shri S.S. Shingane, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The petitioner has approached this Court praying for various reliefs, as mentioned in prayer clauses (I) and (II) regarding entitlement of interest. However, the fact remains that the aforesaid entitlement of the petitioner is not yet decided by the respondents. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has invited our attention to the representation dated 17th October, 2024 submitted by the petitioner to the respondent No.4- Sub-Divisional Officer and Land Acquisition Officer, Chandur Railway, Tq. Chandur Railway, Dist. Amravati, for the aforesaid reliefs. The said representation was submitted on 21st October, 2024. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that till date, the aforesaid representation is not decided by the respondent No.4. 4.
In view of above, we dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the respondent No.4 to decide the aforesaid representation dated 17th October, 2024 submitted by the petitioner. We also direct the respondent No.4 to treat the present writ petition as a representation submitted by the petitioner for the aforesaid reliefs and decide the same in accordance with law. The aforesaid representation shall be decided within a stipulated period of eight weeks from today. The petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order of this Court so also the copy of the
