Heard learned Counsel for the respective parties. (2) Learned Counsel for the Petitioners has placed on record a communication dated 09/03/2026 issued by the Education Officer granting approval to the transfer of Vijay Shankarrao Solanke - Petitioner No. 3 in Writ Petition No. 6710/2025 from Kanhojibaba Vidyalaya Anjansingi, Taluka Dhamangaon to Ashok Vidyalaya Loni Takli, Taluka Nandgaon Khandeshwar, District Amravati wherein Sumedh Gajbhiye, i.e. the Petitioner in Writ Petition No. 1191/2026 was working and who was transferred to Kanhojibaba Vidyalaya. (3) In view of above approvals vide communications dated 09/03/2026 and 05/03/2026, nothing survives in both the Petitions. The same are disposed of as infructuous.

(4) Insofar as the Intervention Applications are concerned, the transfer orders were passed by the Defacto trustees of the Trust. (5) In view thereof, the Intervention Applications by the recorded Trustees in Schedule-I cannot be entertained, as there is change occurred, reported & pending. Accordingly, they are rejected.
