The petitioner-Association has approached this Court seeking following relief :
" Direct the respondent Nos.2 and 3-Chairman and Secretary of Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Kalamna, Nagpur to forthwith make arrangements by providing temporary sheds for accommodating the remaining 235 licensed vegetable commission agents for carrying on their business near the vacant premises of newly constructed 144 shops blocks by the respondent Nos.2 and 3-APMC in the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Market Yard, Kalamna Nagpur wherein 174 licensed vegetable commission agents have been provided shop blocks with all the necessary amenities, in the interest of justice." ..

Shri Ghuge, learned counsel has invited our attention to the detail representation dated 04/11/2025 submitted by the petitionerAssociation to the respondents for such relief which is at record page - 30 Annexure-D.

Shri R. S. Akbani, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that they have already considered such representation, have taken decision upon it and accordingly have
2 172-WP-1199-26.odt issued tender for the aforesaid construction. He tenders across the bar the Work Order dated 21/01/2026 issued for the aforesaid construction. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

In view of the above, the grievance of the petitionerAssociation stands redressed. However, considering the need of the members of the petitioner-Association, respondent Nos.2 and 3 are directed to make endevour to provide such accommodation to the members of the petitioner-Association within a period stipulated in the Work Order dated 21/01/2026.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
