The petitioner's challenge is to the order dated 16.01.2026 passed by the learned District Judge, Nagpur, directing the petitioner to hand over interim custody of minor son to the respondent, two days before the date of medical treatment.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned order is passed on an application, which was filed on 14.01.2026, although the proceedings were fixed on 22.01.2026. He submits that the impugned order is passed without any intimation to the petitioner - wife.

In view of this, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 12.02.2026.
