The petitioner has challenged the order dated 16.01.2026 passed on an application at Exhibit 10, which is an application filed in proceedings bearing Civil M.A. No.18/2026. Although the petitioner has challenged the order dated 16.01.2026, the petitioner has not filed on record the copy of the main application in Civil M.A. No.18/2026.

A perusal of the memorandum of petition also reveals that there is no coherence in the narration of the facts in the petition, so also the grounds raised in the petition and the prayer clause is with respect to an appeal. Prity

Be that as it may, considering the controversy related to the custody of the child, the petitioner is granted one more opportunity to place on record the relevant documents. The petitioner is therefore directed to place the main appeal/application on record within two days. 5.
