This petition can be disposed of by modifying the order dated 9th February 2026 to the following extent: The directions issued to the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur, to decide the Interim Application No.29/2026 shall also include a decision on the application for condonation of delay, being M.A. No.02/2026. Further, the Tribunal shall not get influenced by any observations made in this order. 3.

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in view of the directions issued vide order dated 9th February 2026, as modified above. No order as to costs.
