Heard Ms. Shaik Gufrana Anjum, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner, who is a recorded trustee of a Public Trust, namely Shri Devi Sevadas Maharaj Sansthan Trust, Pohradevi, Taluka - Manora, District - Washim, has approached this Court seeking a direction to respondent No. 2 - Learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Washim, to decide the application filed by the petitioner before the said authority. The aforesaid application is at record page No.308 (Annexure - IX). 3.
Ms. Anjum, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the aforesaid application was submitted on 25.07.2025, however, the same is not yet decided by respondent No.2. 4.
In view of the above and since an innocuous prayer is being made by the petitioner, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the aforesaid application, which is at record page No.308 (Annexure-IX), within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the said application is not already decided by him.

The petitioner undertakes to appear before the respondent No.2 - Learned Assistant Charity Commissioner, Washim, on 25.02.2026 at 11:00 a.m. and to produce a copy of this order.
