Dipwani, learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks direction of this Court to the respondent No.
1-Nagpur Municipal Corporation and respondent No.2-State of Maharashtra to ensure the complete relocation of the shrine structure of respondent No.3. The basis for such relief is the finding recorded by this Court in paragraph 6 of the judgment dated 07/10/2019 passed in Writ Petition No.8687/2018 (Hazrat Baba Saiyyad Muradalisha Trust, Nagpur vs. State of Maharashtra and ors.)

Be that as it may, the petitioner has approached the respondent No.1-Nagpur Municipal Corporation by filing a representation dated 04/01/2021 which is at record page-49 (Annexure-F). Shri Dipwani, learned counsel submits that even after passage of almost five years, such representation is not yet decided by the respondent No.1. 4.
In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with the direction to respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 04/01/2021 submitted by the petitioner within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of the receipt of the order of this Court.

It is hereby directed that the respondent No.1 while deciding the aforesaid representation shall issue notice to respondent No.3 and grant an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as respondent No.3. 6.
The decision taken shall be communicated to the parties within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision. 7.
No costs.
