The respondent No.1 has filed an affidavit today sworn by Shri. Vivek Ilme, Additional Commissioner (Establishment), Office of the Divisional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur, pointing out the notification dated 20.02.2026 resolving to appoint an administrator on the Village Panchayat for a period of six months or till the completion of the election process of constitution of the Village Panchayat, whichever is earlier, and further to constitute an administrative committee of the Deputy Sarpanch and members of the Village Panchayat for smooth functioning of Panchayat.

In view of the affidavit and notification dated 20.02.2026, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, it is disposed of.
