Heard Shri Anil Thakkar the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner had raised a grievance regarding recruitment process of the year 1996. Upon such grievance, an enquiry was conducted into the matter. Thereafter, report was submitted on 20.05.2013 which is at record page no. 32. The present petition challenging the aforesaid report after a lapse of 13 years. The petitioner has not at all explained the inordinate delay in raising such challenge to the report dated 20.05.2013.

In that view of the matter, the present writ petition is dismissed on the ground of delay and laches. No costs. ( RAJ D. WAKODE, J.) (ANIL S. KILOR, J.) Andurkar.
