The contention is that respondent No.4 - the District Supply Officer, Amravati submitted a proposal on 1st January, 2025 to respondent No.2 - the Divisional Commissioner (Supply), Amravati, for disbursement of market fees and supervision fees due and payable to the petitioner - A.P.M.C., Warud, from the year 2008.

The said proposal was forwarded by respondent No.2 to respondent No.1 on 11th February, 2025 with its recommendation. It is contended that the proposal is still pending with respondent No.1, and a year has lapsed without any decision.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.1 - State of Maharashtra to decide the proposal dated 11th February, 2025

116.WP.1309.2026 2/2 submitted by respondent No.2 - the Divisional Commissioner (Supply), Amravati pertaining to the disbursement of market fees and supervision fees due and payable to the petitioner, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The petitioner undertakes to produce a copy of this order before respondent No.1 within a period of one week from today.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner as well as respondent No.2 within two weeks from the date of such decision. No costs.
