(2) By this Petition, the Petitioners are seeking direction against the Respondent - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal to decide the Representations dated 24/12/2025 and 31/12/2025, by which, the Petitioners are claiming grant of deemed date of promotion for the post of Assistant Accounts Officer w.e.f. 31/08/2010. (3) In view of the limited prayer, we direct the Respondent - Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Yavatmal to take decision on the above referred pending Representations submitted by the Petitioners, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
