Perusal of the petition reveals that the reliefs that are claimed by the petitioner in the present petition are already prayed for, by the petitioner, before the respondent No.3-the Collector, Nagpur by submitting a detail representation on 11.09.2023. The copy of such representation is on record at page No. 78 (Annexure P-6). 3.

Similarly, the petitioner has also made such representation to the Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Department, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur on 28.06.2024. 4.

In view of the above, we direct the respondent No.3-the Collector, Nagpur and respondent Nos. 5Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Department, Zilla Parishad, Nagpur to decide the aforesaid representation

109.wp.1324.2026.odt within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of order of this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of this order before the aforesaid authorities within a period of one week from today. 6.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated by respondent Nos. 3 and 5 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
