FEBRUARY 16, 2026 The Counsel for the petitioners is restricting his prayer to the extent of issuing directions to the Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, Mumbai - respondent no.2, to take action in terms of the communications/proposals dated 3/4/2025 (Annexure - G), 3/4/2025 (Annexure - K), and 27/5/2025 (Annexure - L), submitted by the In-charge Joint Director of Technical Education, Regional Office, Amravati - respondent no.3, to the Director of Technical Education, Maharashtra State, Mumbai.

2] The prayer appears to us to be innocuous. If respondent no.2 has not taken action in terms of the aforesaid communications, either in affirmative or negative, he shall do so within four weeks from today. The decision, so taken, shall be communicated to the petitioners.

3] The petition is disposed of in terms of above.
