The petitioners seek an alternate prayer of direction to the respondents to decide the representations of the petitioner dated 13/11/2025 which are at record pages 13 to 27, Anneuxre-2 (colly). 3.

In view of the above, we dispose of the present writ petition with a direction to respondent No.2-Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation Division, Washim to decide the aforesaid representations of the petitioners within a stipulated period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the order of this Court.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of such decision.
