Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner, who was working with respondent No.1, has approached this Court with grievance that though the services of the petitioner were regularized by the respondents however the date of regularization is mentioned as 25.04.2023. The contention of the petitioner is that similarly situated employees were regularized with effect from 13.03.2006.

In view of the above, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking direction to the respondents to regularize the service of the petitioner with effect from 13.03.2006 at par with Mr Namdeo Shendre, who was similarly situated with petitioner.

Perusal of the petition reveals that the petitioner has already approached to the respondents by submitting a

111.wp.1389.2026.odt detailed representation on 19.08.2025, which is on record at page 78 (Annexure-XXII). Perusal of the representation reveals that the petitioner by giving the instances like that of Mr Namdeo Shendre has already requested the respondents to grant him regularization from the aforesaid date i.e. 13.03.2006.

In view of the above, we direct the respondent No.1 to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner dated 19.08.2025 within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of order of this Court.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of this order before the respondent No. 1 within a period of one week from today.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated by respondent No.1 to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
