The petitioner's challenge is to the orders passed by the respondents, thereby cancelling the petitioner's fair price shop license. 3.

The primary contention of the petitioner is that, while passing the impugned order dated 13.04.2023, by the District Supply Officer, no opportunity of personal hearing was granted to the petitioner although a show cause notice calling his explanation was served upon him.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable after two weeks.
