After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the petition and in view of the pendency of the petition since 2018, having regard to the controversy involved, prays for expeditious decision of the Special Civil Suit No.118/2018.

In view of this, permission is granted to withdraw the petition with liberty as prayed for.

Considering the nature of controversy and the pendency of the suit since 2018, the Trial Court is directed to expeditiously decide the Special Civil Suit No.118/2018 preferably within a period of six months from today. 4.

In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
