2] The petitioner has approached this Court seeking relief, which pertains to the elections of the nominated Councilors of the Municipal Council, Malkapur, District - Buldhana.

3] Since the issue involved in the present Writ Petition pertains to the elections of the Municipal Council, the Registry is directed to transfer the present Writ Petition to the Principal Seat at Mumbai.
