Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner-management has approached this Court seeking direction to the respondent No.2-Education Officer (Secodnay), Zilla Parishad, Akola, to decide the proposal dated 08.12.2025 (page 34), submitted by the present petitioner for allotment of administrative and financial powers.

The contention is that the petitioner-management, which is the registered Trust, running school in the name of Chetana Vidyalaya, Charangaon. After retirement of the regular Headmaster, the financial and administrative powers are given to one Pradeep Vishvasrao Gawande. However, Mr. Gawande stood retired on 30.11.2025 and since then, there is no order of allotment of financial and administrative powers given to any other person. nd.thawre

Accordingly, the petitioner-management has submitted proposal on 08.12.2025, to the respondent No.2, praying for sanction of allotment of administrative and financial powers to one Mr. Santosh Karankar. 5.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the aforesaid proposal, dated 08.12.2025, the respondent No.2 has issued notice dated 19.12.2025 and conducted hearing on 26.12.2025. However, since then, no such decision has been taken by the respondent No.2. 6.

Accordingly, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide aforesaid proposal dated 08.12.2025, within eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/s undertakes to furnish copy of this order to the respondent No.2 within two weeks from today.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of such decision. 9.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
