Both the learned counsels jointly submit that the parties have amicably settled the controversy out of Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although a challenge is raised to the judgments and orders passed by the Courts below directing eviction of the petitioner-tenant however, now, in view of the compromise, the petitioner has undertaken to vacate the subject premises on or before 30.08.2026, subject to the other terms and conditions, which are mentioned in the undertaking dated 12.03.2026.

Learned counsel for respondents also submits that the terms and conditions mutually agreed are mentioned in the undertaking.

The undertaking is signed by the petitioner and it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is personally present in the Court. The undertaking dated 12.03.2026 is tendered across the bar and is taken on record. The same is accepted. 6.

It is pointed out that the petitioner has voluntarily mentioned in the undertaking that in-default to comply any commitment about payments mentioned in paragraph No.2, the respondents shall be entitled to file contempt petition.

In view of this undertaking, the grievance raised in the petition does not survive and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
