Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.
The petitioners seek to challenge the impugned work order dated 13.01.2026 issued in favour of the respondent No.5. The aforesaid work order is at record page 25. 3.
The learned counsel for the petitioners has raised various contentions, raising his grievance about the illegality of the aforesaid work order, however, all of such grounds have been raised in detailed by the petitioner before the respondent No.2 Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Amravati by filing complaint on 23.01.2026 (Page 28).

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite the lapse of nearly one month, the complaint remains undecided and no action whatsoever has been taken by respondent No.2.

The fact remains that the work order is only for three nd.thawre
2/2 months, started from 13.01.2026 to 13.04.2026. 6.
In view of above, we direct the respondent No.2 to decide the complaint dated 23.01.2026, made by the petitioners, by considering the grounds raised therein, pertaining to the impugned work order dated 13.01.2026, within two weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 7.
The learned counsel for the petitioner/s undertakes to furnish copy of this order to the respondent No.2 within three days from today.

The decision taken shall be communicated to the petitioner/s within two weeks from the date of such decision.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
