Shri. Mandlekar, learned counsel for petitioner, is praying for interim relief by way of stay to the impugned Government Resolution dated 10.02.2026.

The contention is that such Government Resolution is in violation of the judgment passed by this Court, which is upheld by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India.
