The controversy in the instant petition arises out of a petition for divorce filed by the petitioner/husband under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the Family Court at Nagpur. 3.

By this petition, the petitioner/husband has challenged order passed by the Family Court on the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 for grant of temporary mandatory and preventive injunction. Considering the entire controversy and the grounds raised by the petitioner, interference with the impugned order is not warranted. However, having regard to the controversy involved, being a matrimonial dispute in between two young spouses, it is desirable that the petition for divorce Prity

2 / 2 20.wp1543.2026 is itself directed to be decided expeditiously. The petitioner has also prayed for expeditious decision of the main petition.

Having regard to the entire controversy in the interest of justice, it is directed that the petition filed by the petitioner bearing Petition No.A/1176/2022 with connected matters before the Family Court at Nagpur, be decided expeditiously and preferably within six months from today. In view of this, no further orders are required. 5.
