Shri A.T. Purohit, learned counsel for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati by filing a representation in compliance of clause (e) of Paragraph 23 of the judgment of this Court in the case of L&T Finance Limited Vs. State of Maharashtra and others, reported in (2023) 1 High Court Cases (Bom) 173.

Permission is granted.

If such representation is made to the Divisional Commissioner, Amravati, within a period of fifteen days from the date of the order of this Court, the Divisional Commissioner is directed to decide such representation within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of it. 4.
