Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

By this writ petition, the petitioner is only seeking direction to the respondent No.1 and 2 to compensate the petitioner for acquiring his house and accordingly, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 28.05.2025. The said representation is on record at Page 88 (Annexure 17).

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the aforesaid representation was submitted on 28.05.2025, the respondents till this date have not decided the same.

In view of the innocuous prayer being made by the petitioner, we direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to decide the aforesaid representation dated 28.05.2025, submitted by the petitioner, for grant of compensation against the

120.wp.1570.2026.odt acquisition of his house, within a period of eight weeks from the date of order of this Court.

The petitioner undertakes to produce the copy of the order of this court before the respondents- authorities within a period of one week from today.

The decision taken thereupon shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed of, accordingly. No order as to costs. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
