Shri D. P. Thakare, learned Additional Government Pleader waives service of notice for respondent No.1. 4.

The petitioners are permitted to serve respondent Nos.2 to 18 by private mode, in addition to the regular mode of service and file an affidavit by next date, failing which the petitioners shall deposit costs of Rupees Five Hundred with the 'Public Welfare Account' bearing No.129712010001014, IFSC Code UBIN0812978, Union Bank of India, Branch High Court, Civil Lines, Nagpur. 5.

Shri Gawande, learned counsel has invited our attention to the orders passed by this Court on 17/02/2026 in Writ Petition Nos.1250/2026 and 1508/2026 which are at record page Nos.44 and 45 respectively (Annexure-F).

For the reasons stated in the aforesaid orders, the respondents are directed not to act upon the impugned communication/circular dated 23/01/2026.

It is clarified that the aforesaid interim order is in respect of Village Panchayats which are impleaded as respondent Nos.5 to 18 in the present writ petition.
