The petitioner stated that in view of the circular issued by the State Government on 20.02.2026, resolving to appoint an administrator on the Village Panchayat for a period of six months or till the completion of the election process of constitution of the Village Panchayat, whichever is earlier, and further to constitute an administrative committee of the Deputy Sarpanch and members of the Village Panchayat for smooth functioning of Panchayat, this Court has disposed of the identical Writ Petition No. 1250 of 2026 on 24.02.2026. 3.
