Learned AGP for the State has tendered across the bar the copy of the order dated 20.02.2026, passed by the Additional Commissioner, Nagpur Division, Nagpur in appeal bearing V.P.A. 16(2)Appeal No.26/2025-26. 3.

The aforesaid appeal was filed by the petitioner and by virtue of the present writ petition, petitioner was seeking direction to respondent No.1 to decide the aforesaid appeal as early as possible.

In view of the aforesaid order dated 20.02.2026, passed by the respondent No.1, the grievance as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition is redressed.
