Heard Mr. N.B. Bargat, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The present petitioner has approached this court seeking direction to the respondent to pass the order within a reasonable period in pursuance of the order dated 4.9.2019 passed in Appeal No.89/RTS-64/2018-2019. The aforesaid order dated 4.9.2019 is at record page 34, Annexure-7.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has filed affidavit on 8.3.2026 thereby making a specific statement in Para no.3 that in pursuance of the order dated 4.9.2019, an order is already passed on 24.6.2022. 4.
The learned counsel for the petitioner has also filed additional affidavit stating that in pursuance of the aforesaid order dated 24.6.2022, the present petitioner has already challenged the said order dated 24.6.2022 and has filed an appeal before the learned SubDivisional Officer, Mauda and the said appeal is pending.
