DATED : 23rd February, 2026 In view of communication dated 23/02/2026 issued by Superintendent, State Excise, Chandrapur in the name of learned Government Pleader, High Court, Nagpur and the statement made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader that the proposal of the petitioner for grant of FL-III license pending with the Collector, Chandrapur will be decided within a period of six weeks, nothing survives in the petition.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of accepting the statement of the learned Assistant Government Pleader. Communication dated 23/02/2026 issued by Superintendent, State Excise, Chandrapur in the name of learned Government Pleader is taken on record and marked as Article 'X' for the purpose of identification.

Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file afresh if such occasion arises.
