After arguing the matter for some time, learned Advocate for the petitioner, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedies available. He, however, submits that the petitioner is in possession of Flat bearing No. T-4, situated at 3rd Floor of building, known as "Maa Laxmi Apartment" and in view of the interim order passed by this Court on 22.02.2026, the possession is protected and the same be protected till he initiates appropriate proceedings. 2.

The petitioner is, accordingly, permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty as prayed for.

It is directed that the interim protection granted by this Court on 22.02.2026, shall remain in operation for a period of two weeks from today. On expiry of period of two weeks, the interim protection shall cease to operate.
